This mysterious entity is the person who keeps the rudimentary postal service running through the Post Office. He is extremely difficult to locate during the best of times, as he wishes to remain mostly anonymous. He delivers anything from small letters to important items, for a price. He is not aligned with any faction, though he is reported to have worked as a double-agent for the Curators and the Keepers of the Flame whenever he sees fit to do so.
Not much is known of his personal history. He was born shortly after the apocalypse occurred, and seems to have either abandoned, or been abandoned by, any family he may have had. Many suspect he was the son of a former Postal Worker, and decided to continue his father's life's work in order to carry on the family honor. Others say he's just in it for the goods he picks up along the way.
